The Wake County Sheriff’s Office is investigating Tuesday morning after a fight between two men escalated to a shooting – leaving a man dead.
Deputies were called to a home on the 7400 block of Cy Lane around 1:30 Tuesday morning, following a report of a fight.

Colton Rogers, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene.
William Collen Allen, 19, is charged with murder. He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
