A third murder suspect has been arraigned on homicide charges before District Judge Bill Seger of Windber.
Devon Wyrick, 24, was extradited from Ohio Thursday afternoon for an arraignment.
Wyrick is one of three men accused of being connected to the deaths of James Smith and Damian Staniszewski in March 2017.
The two men were allegedly tortured in Johnstown and then killed in a wooded area along Ligonier Pike in Conemaugh Township.

Wyrick, of Columbus, Ohio, and Samson Washington, 26, of Johnstown, have been charged with criminal homicide in the case.
