    There you go again, always pushing the envelope. Don't you ever set
boundaries?. At first read, I was aghast -- I still am. My narcisistic yet
highly telegenic personality precludes actually thinking about others...
but I think I see the method in your madness.
    
    Sure, what-the-hell, let's let Chuckie in. As a photo op -- the
Interceptors have always needed a poster-child. We may be able to get some
EEO grants out of this -- after seeing Chuckie's perky-against-all-odds
mug  (possible art to read: "INTERCEPTARD") -- even Newt and Strom
couldn't turn us down.
     
    I think we can turn him. 
     
    Feel the power of the Darkside of the Force, Chuckie -- You know I am
your Father. 

    This could work out in our favor -- an Interceptor Alliance  --  I see
profit-sharing.  World Domination is at hand.

    Let's do it against his will.  

    Chuckie, in a unilateral action using the powers vested in me by the
United Nations,  I proclaim you an Interceptor. We won't even charge you
for membership. 

    There, that is done. Now go tell Pat and Joe that you have sold-out
the sell-outs. It is so much better this way, trust me. 

    As for a codename for our new inductee....what immediately comes to
mind is: "The Gimp". This comes from a minor, yet very important character
in the movie "Pulp Fiction" -- a leather-clad man with facemask who sleeps
in a steamer trunk and serves at the pleasure of two hillbilly sadists.
Need I say more?

    Some folks may think all of this cruel -- It is. But no worse than
that which we heap upon our fellow interceptors and ourselves: The Great
One's GAS, The Minister of Words MANY WORDS, Tom & Jeri's investment in
ORANGE COUNTY,  my GOOD LOOKS, the fact that Douglass IS A BORG and that
you have more than one FRENCH MAID outfit in your closet. (oops! sorry
honeybunch,  cats out-of-the-bag)

     So Chuck Clark, welcome to the growing legion of the righteous, the
selfless, the preoccupied, the immature... the Interceptors.

     Hail Chuckie! Long Live The Gimp!
