for either guard or civilian carry within states like California.

    Be VERY careful with pepper spray and sudden custody death
syndrome aka: traumatic asphyxiation   after you spray someone.

   There are several videos on the proper way to handle prisoners
after being sprayed with chemical agents.  As a PSA you have to
be VERY aware of the law and Use of Force Continuum.

  NO product is 100% effective... I used to piss the guy off selling stun 
guns at the local county fair by demonstrating their "effectiveness" on me  
while he was giving his pitch.  Everyone was amazed that I did not fall to
the ground in convulsions ;-)

  It is a TOOL, don't count on it ALONE to protect you.
