I have honed my "sixth sense" so I don't have to endure the stress
of being constantly "ready".  Instead I am constantly "aware" of the
environment and can "read" the "energy" of potential contacts.  I am also 
confident in my skill level so I don't have to always anticipate situations.

   Believe me, after a 16 hour day of being always in Yellow, you will be 
completely exhausted and your performance will suffer.  It is diffucult
to share some techniques via the computer... some things take one-on-one 
demonstration and time to practice.

   All the more reason to eat right when possible and get regular exercise 
to reduce your natural stress level in this profession.

   I realize it sounds a bit far out, but it is something that works quite 
well for me.
