Pins are labeled with the number of the pin, followed by the descriptive name used in Chapter 5 of What is your TNC doing?

DPK-2, DSP-2232, KPC-1, MFJ-1270, MFJ-1270b, MFJ-1274, PacComm 200, PacComm 220, PK-87, PK-900, Tiny-2, TNC-2

Pin 1 - Transmit Signal
Pin 2 - Ground
Pin 3 - PTT
Pin 4 (some models) - Receive Signal
Some models have a separate connector for Receive Signal (speaker input).
For example, Kantronics KPC-1 has an "Aud In" jack.

Pin 5 (some models)- External Carrier Detect
(PK-900, DSP-2232, DPK-2)
