HAGERSTOWN - Twenty-two miniature American flags dotted the grass
in the B'nai Abraham cemetery off Virginia Avenue Sunday as Rabbi Fred
Raskind led his congregation in a prayer for the veterans buried
beneath.

history and how many continue to serve today.
