Massage parlor a brothel, police say
South Fl is having a influx of Jewish Russian immigrants. For the second time in a week, police on Friday shut down a massage parlor they said was actually a brothel.
Detectives charged the alleged madam of Ann's Massage, Elvira Rossman Fortier, 44, of Lake Worth, and three of her employees with racketeering, prostitution, money laundering and unlicensed practice of a healthcare profession.
Police Officer Jeff Messer said. "Just about any kind of sexual act you can dream of was offered for cash."
Last Saturday police raided Prive'e Gentleman's Club, in the 900 block of Southeast Sixth Avenue, and arrested alleged madam Jennifer Aguilar and three of her employees. Aguilar was charged with prostitution, money laundering and keeping a house of ill fame.
Rossman Fortier and her employees, Ester Abely, 46, of Lantana; Maha Elkasmi, 34, of Coconut Creek; and Shannon Gay, 40, of Jupiter; were arrested at their homes about 7 a.m. Friday, police said.
