Eve Marie Carson, a 21 year-old student was shot and murdered early in the morning of March 5, 2008, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. A 21-year-old Demario James Atwater, and 17 year-old Lawerence Lovett, approached her car, dragged her out, and shot her three times.
