Judith Stein aka Mary Flynn aka Sarah Leekin

Florida police say she received as much as $3 million from New York City. They say the children -- now between 15 and 27 years old -- told them Leekin never allowed them to attend school.

Authorities allege Leekin used the children to line her pockets with subsidy payments while abusing and neglecting them.

Kids Are Shattered

Investigators have not yet confirmed the identities of the young people and have not established how long Leekin had them. But authorities believe she adopted all of them in New York City under at least five aliases over two decades.

St Lucie Police Shocked

They were often handcuffed, tethered together with plastic ties and allowed to soil themselves, investigators say. They had scars on their wrists. Some had burns. Police say Leekin bought this house and another one with the state stipends for her adopted children.

None appeared to have more than a fourth-grade education, not even the adults in their 20s. All were starving.

The Scam Is Based In New York

Leekin adopted them in New York City, and made $180,000 a year.

Sharm Stein Is Shocked

"If you adopt a child out of the foster care system, you receive a stipend to help with the child's care, to cover clothing and food, and whatever additional costs are involved with caring for the child until the child turns 21," said Sharman Stein, spokeswoman for the New York City Administration for Children's Services.

Kids Lived Like Animals

She kept them in a garage, they were handcuffed to each other. The effects of abuse, lack of nutrition, resulted in four of the eleven being mentally unstable.

Reporters Are Vague

Zionists reporter are deliberately vague on the monster's real name, if sex was involved, and if children were sold. At least one child is dead.

Leekin's Son

The police want the state attorney's office to press criminal charges against Jakob Leekin. One of the adopted children, Jamel Wells, now 19, told authorities that Desmond Leekin, handcuffed him to a crib, which caused scarring, and pistol whipped him.

According to investigators, Desmond Leekin "then put the barrel of the weapon into Jamel's mouth and told him if Jamel ever 'disrespected' his Momma again, he would shoot him.'" He told investigators that Desmond Leekin, 39, also used a billy club to beat him and the other children.
