Zakheim, who is a dual Israeli/American citizen and a Shul Rabbi, has stalked the halls of US government for over 25 years. He has set defense policy which influenced Presidents Reagan, Clinton and Bush Sr. and Jr. This rabid Zionist was the controller of the Pentagon when an audit discovered over a trillion dollars was missing.

	Zakheim And The Lavi Israel talked the US into funding the development of the Lavi fighter at a cost of $3 billion. The Lavi was a total failure and Israel dropped it but said it owed $450 million in cancelled contract fees. Israel cooked up a story that China was anxious to buy it.
