The Boca Raton Police
Services Department has made the mall a priority, and covers the costs
of the patrols. "When you have so many people there, you have to be
around all the time," said Capt. Coy Dixon, of the Boca police.
While on duty Police
officer, Abel Ruiz, came across a lost Chihuahua, which he cared for.
After work he delivered the dog to an anxious Rachel Fine.
Naturally Boca's 'Other
Citizens' are angry. Janet O'Hare says: - "Thugs can rape our teenage
daughters, while police watch the rich peoples dogs at the Boca Mall"
