Mrs. Tongue was born in 1940, she became a Medical Doctor in 1960, and entered Parliament in 1997. She took up Israel's barbaric treatment of Palestinians as one of her causes.

She Committed Blasphemy

Speaking at Edinburgh University she said: - "The pro-Israeli lobby has got its grips on the western world, its financial grips. I think they've probably got a grip on our party."

She referenced a paper written by John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt.

 
 

Jews Want Her Sacked

The chief whip in the House of Lords have made a recommendation with regard to Jenny Tonge to expel Baroness Jenny Tonge from the party's membership in the House of Lords following comments she made last week on the power of the "pro-Israel lobby."
 

Jewish Ambassador Outraged

Israel's ambassador Zvi Shtauber told News 24 he welcomed the news of her sacking.

"I understand it's a matter of free speech, but I expect her to express some sympathy for the victims of suicide bombers and not confining herself to confessing understanding for suicide bombers," he said.
