Born on June 10, 1953  in Seneca, South Carolina to a working family. He attends Clemson University and  North Carolina State University, where he gets a law degree. He is married with four kids.

He becomes a trial lawyer, with a worth of $60 million. In 2006 he runs for the presidency.

 

Edwards Talks About Israel

John Edwards was cruising along, detailing his litany of liberal causes last week until, he invoked the "I" word — Israel. "Perhaps the greatest short-term threat to world peace, Edwards remarked, was the possibility that Israel would bomb Iran's nuclear facilities."
