The Stuff Of Legend
Israeli jets pounded a small village next to Baalbeck,
as six Blackhawk's full of daring commandoes landed on the hospital
roof. Their version of events is they fought 100 Hezbollah fighters in
hand to hand combat, throughout the hospital.
The hospital staff says they walked through the sick
wards and shot 'Hezbollah Fighters'/Sick Arabs in their beds.
Israel's Version
Dar al-Hikma hospital is financed by an Iranian, who is close to
Hezbollah. The hospital is also run by people close to the Shiite militant
group. IAF helicopter dropped special forces soldiers at the hospital late
Tuesday night. Heavy shooting with Hizbullah operatives on the premises
ensued.
Israelis fought for several hours of intense fighting in the hospital.
IDF commandoes said they took a number of Hezbollah officials captive.
No IDF soldiers were wounded in the operation.
The Hospital Itself
The area
next to the Dar el-Hikmah hospital was in total destruction. Windows at
the hospital were shattered, riddled curtains hung from the windows and
large holes could be seen on the top floors of the hospital.
Walking
through the hospital Israeli ammunition covered the floors.
The Five Temples Of Blaalek
This is a series of
five temples from the Phoenician
times. Jews consider it a false prophesy and want it destroyed.
Lebanon's greatest Roman treasure, the
largest and most noble Roman temples ever built.
Totally Out Of Control
What they gain wrecking national treasures is beyond
comprehension. The villages they decimated were 80 miles from their
borders, and most of the casualties were
women and children.
