My contact with them is very limited.) For some time, it's been apparent that MKULTRA survivors and e-weapons victims live in two different worlds, on a day-to-day, practical basis. It just occurred to me that the MK group, who in some cases are at least partially back on their feet financially and physically (with severe mental scarring, of course), might want to consider this aspect of e-weapons: ELECTRONIC WEAPONS ACTIVITY IS THE SINGLE GREATEST THREAT TO **YOUR** SUCCESSFULY EXPOSING THE PAST, AND HOPEFULLY ANY FINANICAL COMPEN- SATION YOU RICHLY DESERVE. We e-weapons victims can tell you: NOTHING can cause stonewalling like the e-weapons organization and it's ruthless threaten, bribe, hypnotically-control- without-detection, slanderous methods. *You* have at least as large a stake in e-weapons as we do, by dint of their use on the people WHO WILL DECIDE YOUR CASES. I ask all MKULTRA survivors to take the almost perfect control capabilities of e-weapons into account when planning your campaigns to expose and be compensated for your horrible past treatment - every dollar and every hour spent exposing e-weapons will work toward removing the largest single barrier to justice for ALL of us. Sincerely and prayerfully, Eleanor White Hamilton, Ontario
