This is the entire Mind Control Forum web site as of Feb. 4 1999 to read offline: MCFWEB.EXE - a 4.5 megabyte DOS self-extracting archive, which unpacks to over 9 megabytes. There is also an MCFWEB.ZIP for the other operating systems. These are at a different site from the main MCF, which could change, so if you link to them do it via  www.mk.net/~mcf/index.htm#Download

This is a special edition: all links between MCF pages will refer to your hard disk instead of dialing out to the web server at mk.net.

The one component of the web site that you need to download separately, if you want it, is the MindNet archive. See the MindNet section for information.

I will not be able to update this feature every time I update the web itself, so check the online News page periodically for new additions.

To install the MCF, create a directory, such as C:\MCFWEB, move the MCFWEB.EXE or MCFWEB.ZIP file into it, and either run the EXE file under DOS or unpack the ZIP file using PKZIP or another utility that can unpack ZIP files. The MCF will be recreated, and you can delete the file you downloaded, leaving the web pages.

To browse the web on your disk, start your browser, offline is fine, and use the Open File command (or equivalent) to change to the MCFWEB directory and open INDEX.HTM, the Home Page. Be sure to bookmark it for convenience.
