Introduction

I have chosen to use this manner to disclose the following information because all conventional avenues for help are closed to us. Controlled media sources in this country would never touch our story. I also feel that citizens of this supposed free country should be aware of what is really happening here!

On June 7, 1994, my daughter Farren Carroll and I (Lee Carroll) were forced from our home by a large group of people, which also encompassed local and federal law enforcement officials. We had been stalked and harassed by these same people for five months before this event took place. We took refuge with some relatives in Des Moines, IA for fourteen months. During this time the harassment continued for and two attempts were made on our lives during this period of approximately eighteen months.

I was later to learn that police officials from the local Aurora, IL police department or more specifically, the drug & gang unit, of the APD were working in conjunction with two distinct agencies in an attempt to illegally confiscate and seize our property at 1006 W. Downer Place in Aurora, Illinois. These two little known agencies are known as the M.J.T.F or the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force and FINCEN or Financial Crimes Network.

Radio Program

At this point it is necessary to give a little back ground information to further appreciate the rest of our ordeal.

On October 9,1992 a man calling himself Mark called into the Tom Valentine program on the shortwave radio broadcast of Radio Free America. He gave detailed information on three groups of military and police forces. The first group is the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF). They are in essence, the velvet glove on the iron fist The MJTF is comprised of National Guard, ATF, FBI, local and state police and the United Nations National Police Force. The MTJF is comprised of not only military and law enforcement personnel but also by street gang punks. These thugs include murderers and rapists who were recruited from the ghettos. They are being paid a handsome salary while going through para-military training in special government boot camps. They will be used to conduct illegal searches of cars, trucks and the passengers of same looking for guns and other weapons. They will also conduct illegal house to house search operations during which they will seize guns, food stores, radios and politically incorrect reading materials such as patriotic literature and religious material such as Bibles. During these 'raids' family members will be categorized and separated. Then they will be placed in an 'Emergency Custodial Facility'. They will be sent later to different internment camps for 'interrogation' even though they are citizens of America. Essentially, they will be held prisoner at detention camps.

The next group described are the FINCEN troops. They are foreign military and secret police brought into the U.S. for deployment against American citizens (under authority of executive order, Interpol, and the United Nations). The highest level of authority are United Nations battle groups. They have been entering the United States Territory through Canada by Presidential executive orders signed on November 11, 1990. They have been performing joint military exercises with U.S. troops on military bases across the nation and on Forest Service land in Montana and Idaho. They will be utilized to control citizens of the United States during the implementation of FEMA and the confiscation of firearms. Folks, they are getting ready to take this to a total communist nation and they are using the same strategy that Hitler used. If you don't believe me, read the book that Hitler wrote, namely, Mein Kampf. Therein lies his plan for using propaganda and seizing firearms since citizens without weapons are utterly helpless and the creators of terror know this!

Mark has had a career in the military as an intelligence analyst and gave a lengthy description of his background and expertise. He said the incident in north Idaho was pre-planned to flex their authority and demonstrate their ability to occupy and control a specific area. There were between 200 and 2800 United Nations troops in the staging areas in the northern Idaho area during the Ruby Creek siege. Mark lists other troops in Montana: Two brigades EEC Mechanized Infantry, two brigades Standard British Mechanized Infantry, 1st Canadian Armored Division, on light Japanese Security Division, on light mixed United Nations brigade (1200), 197th Mechanized United States troops from Ft. Knox (transferred by train to the area to train these units.)

It took three weeks to build up the troops. They were in the area for eight weeks. The United Nations troops move across the United States and Canadian border at will and are now in Canada, about 100 miles north of the border. Other United Nations battle groups in America are revealed by Mark to be in the following areas: Ft. Drum (upstate New York), Ft.Dix (New Jersey), North Carolina next to Virginia (34,000), Texas panhandle near Oklahoma (43,000), south of Los Angeles (22,000 supplied by the United Nations Naval Forces), throughout Michigan, Montana (37,000) and Sacramento (20,000).

Main Story

It is at this point where I take up our story again. After a forced and prolonged association with the corrupt MJTF and FINCEN organizations over the last three years, their character has become quite transparent. They are the lowest form of life imaginable. They are liars, thieves and murdering mercenaries being paid for their corruption with the hard earned dollars of the American taxpayer. The MJTF and FINCEN agencies are under the control of the Justice Department and work under the immediate direction of FEMA. These are the individuals that will be sent out to provide aid to the public schools should a National Emergency be declared. As I write this, these same organizations are being used en masse throughout the United States as illegal forfeiture squads. They have been given their marching orders to take all they can, any way that they can!

While in Des Moines, my daughter and I wrote affidavits which chronicled, in detail, our horrendous ordeal. We handed these out to key people in June 1995. That, coupled with other key events, caused our pursuers to back away and seemingly disappear. We returned tentatively to our home in Aurora on August 19, 1995 not knowing whether we would be able to stay there. For the next twenty one months things seemed to be relatively uneventful. There were a few incidents that made us realize that our distracters were still there, but generally speaking, they seemed to have decided to leave us alone.

However, in late May 1997, a few days before Memorial Day, I noticed an extremely high ringing sound in my daughter's room. This incident was to mark the advent of the second part of this on-going nightmare. My daughter told me the ringing had been there since we had returned in August of 1995 but that it seemed much more apparent now and higher. As the night wore on into the early morning, the high pitched ringing became even more intense. It was now 3:30 a.m. There was a feeling of oppressive pressure in our ears and heads. We felt shooting pains in the right side of our heads and experienced nausea. We knew we couldn't stay in the house any longer. We slept in our cars the first few nights but could still hear the ringing sound. Upon closer inspection, we realized that our entire yard was swept with a field of high frequency sound. The strength of this field of sound can actually be felt. It as though one is moving against an invisible wall.

Next, we tried to stay in motels but we were followed by the groups discussed earlier and law enforcement. Several incidents took place that indicated our lives were in danger in these situations. We realized that we were safer at home. When we attempted to return we were overcome at the front door with a feeling of nausea, muscle cramps and numbness in our limbs. When we opened the door the house was filled with toxic fumes. That evening we stayed with a neighbor and called a friend in another state. The next morning, by the time our friend arrived in Aurora, the fumes had dissipated and were undetectable. It was then that we realized that the fumes, as well as the sounds, could be controlled by someone.

My daughter and I went to Northwestern University in DeKalb, IL seeking further information on ultrasound. This incident alerted our tormentors so that they now knew that we were aware of the type of measures they were taking against us. After that we were violently attacked by the MJTF and the FINCEN organizations. They were using the same basic format used on us in the first 18 months of this harassment in 1994-95 when all this initially began. When we drive, we are followed by a number of different cars where ever we go. It is done in a manner that almost defies the detection of one particular individual. When we go for a walk, we are followed by cars as well as other people on foot. Ultimately, we are followed into any public building we might enter. Our telephone remains tapped and has been that way since (at least) the fall of 1993. Maybe it was tapped even before that.

We now know that the high frequency or ultrasound is being intentionally directed into our home. A range of 63,000 kilohertz has been determined. This is about 40,000 kilohertz above human hearing. The range of frequency becomes much higher at night and in the early morning hours. Our dog cried for months during those times. Unbeknownst to us, his hearing was being destroyed. We suspect other weapons of torture are being used on us besides the obvious acoustical frequency. We have been experiencing sharp, laser-like pains in our eyes and seeing via our peripheral vision, strange light spectrums such as shafts of light around us. Another strange side effect has been my daughter's skin. Her hands have become terribly chapped and are a dark brown color to the wrist. It looks as if she is wearing gloves. I also have reason to suspect that we are being exposed to laser technology and microwave radiation.

As the warm summer days lapse in Aurora, Illinois, my daughter and I remain under siege in what has become a full blown war against us. Another insidious device of torment is the use of small planes which sweep down over our property and cars dumping deadly pesticides and fertilizers. This has been going on since May at the same time we discovered the 'acoustical intruder' in our home. My daughter and I have experience rashes, terrible red welts and a general feeling of nausea. One of the aforementioned small planes actually has flown at near treetop level as it attempted to spray my daughter as she walked the dog. In late May as we drove to church we found our way blocked by a large car as the driver sat in the middle of the street looking neither left or right but staring straight ahead. On August 7, 1997, after shopping we found that someone had gained access to our vehicle and sprinkled a lethal substance in a bag of new purchases and throughout the car. I can now only assume that they have keyed the lock and have their own personal key to my car. We are unable to drive either of our cars at this time because the interiors are now so toxic.

Recently, I was given a copy of the July 7, 1997 issue of U.S. News and World Report. The article featured on the front cover is entitled "Wonder Weapons" which are the new 'sci-fi' weapons actually being developed right now. After reading the article we could see the pieces to our puzzle falling into place. We realized, with intense clarity, that we are being experimented on like laboratory rats in a cage. Its not just some obscure experimentation by 'weirdoes', but it is a military experiment in progress. What is not being disclosed to the reader in this article is that these are weapons of torture that have the potential to maim or kill. There is no doubt that the people responsible for conducting such experimentation are profiting handsomely from our misery!

The main instigator of this experiment is an individual in our neighborhood who has connections with the CIA, and was involved with the initial plot to illegally confiscate our property in 1994. This person also made an attempt to take our lives on June 4, 1997. On June 11,1997, Farren and I saw this individual exchange cars with an unknown man and 'leave for the weekend'. Later that day, as we passed this person's house on a walk, a woman who is a close associate of the person I refer to was standing in the driveway. As we passed she hissed, "Someone is going to get you!"

It is very evident to us now that rather than being free and autonomous for the last twenty-one months, we have been prisoners in our own home and our every move monitored. This so-called experiment must have been going on for the last two years, perhaps even longer! My daughter started experiencing severe pains in the right side of her brain shortly after we returned to our home in August 1995. The condition became so severe that her health failed dramatically. We didn't know how to address the problem. We now know we never could have, considering what we now know to be the cause.

We feel the reason we are being subjected to these outrageous atrocities is based on what my daughter and I have had to live through the last three years and the information concerning the aforementioned organizations that we have garnered through this experience. There were also six men initially involved the criminal activities perpetrated against us in 1994-95. Two of these men have prominent positions in the Aurora Police Department and are members of the M.J.T.F. One was recently given a prestigious position in Aurora city government. The other three are federal agents. I feel they think we know too much and don't plan on us getting out of this thing alive. Farren and I are very alone and seemingly powerless women. They obviously think no one cares about us and that consequently, they can do whatever they want to us. They are assuming that we are dispensable people.

It is altogether possible that the major reason is the fact that the military type experiments that are being performed on us are classified top secret information. They don't want this information to leak out to the American public. They will obviously do whatever they have to do to contain this information. They are attempting to 'kill two birds with one stone', furthering and protecting illegal, unethical and immoral high-tech experiments and eliminating the evidence, or if you will, the victims of that experiment. (Again, I refer you to the July 7, 1997 issue of U.S News and World Report lest you think this is fiction!)

The purpose of this website is to inform. It is also to challenge you as the reader to 'think' how this information may impact you, your family, friends, etc. If something this monstrous can be done to us in the United States of America it can be done to anyone else they choose to do it to. With that premise as a basis, I feel one can logically assume that we are not the only people that they are doing this sort of experimentation on. The powerful energy being directed into our home is coming from satellite technology. The coordinates for directing this energy can be set up almost anywhere. I feel the gestapo-like treatment that we are being subjected to is a barometer of the condition of this country and a foreshadowing of things to come for all Americans. At this time, the United States is under a state of martial law, which was put into place in the Civil War times. Most people don't realize that the state of martial law has never been rescinded. The police departments have been federalized. Throughout this ordeal, we have been openly followed and harassed by government and law enforcement vehicles. These vehicles are clearly affiliated with the MJTF and FINCEN terrorist groups following us.

Sadly, our dear companion and fearless defender, Commander, a black Chow Chow fell victim to the assault against us as well. His hearing and health were finally destroyed as a direct result of the assault against this home and ourselves. Despite nights of crying in misery, he stood firm in his post as protector. Often he would warn us of danger around our home. We will miss him greatly.

As of November of 1997, the onslaught against us has increased. We have received death threats via telephone and been threatened by the local police.
