The CRV Home Page's Statement Of Purpose

The CRV Home Page has one purpose: to document in a public manner the ongoing story of CRV. In this respect, the CRV Home Page attempts to bring to the public information about CRV, its history, the people involved in it, to report on its ongoing story, to notify people of media coverage of CRV, and to announce opportunities to learn more about it.

In order to attain this goal, the page is divided into 6 major parts:
  1. The history and ongoing story of the government-sponsored project.
  2. Articles and Papers about CRV
  3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  4. Media announcements
  5. CRV Training, Service, and Research Opportunities
  6. Links to other websites which contain information on CRV or material topically related to it.

In order to accomplish this reporting task, the page must report fairly and be as certain as possible that all the information presented is either factual, or is presented as opinions of the writers. Every attempt to do so has been made, and will continue to be made in the reader's interst. This is the only method by which the public can learn the truth about all the facets of the CRV story.

The section within the Readers' Questions menu which is dedicated to biographical data on the people involved in the story contains, first of all, snapshot biographies of each person. The person concerned is then invited to submit a biographical sketch of their own.

The section about the history of the government-sponsored project contains not only articles on past history, but about the continuing story, as well. As such, it is a place where articles by and about the people, places, organizations, agencies, policies, and all other involved facets of the continuing saga will be placed. In the interest of truth in reporting, I have made the one demand that all information provided either be verifiable fact, or personally stated opinion. Articles for this section should also be on topic. That is, no imagined tie-ins between CRV and martians, CRV and mind control, CRV and the occult, etc. will be considered here, unless it is accompanied by verifiable proof.

This section is also open to personal statements which past members of the government-sponsored project wish to place on it. The reader should be aware that those files may contain statements which are not verifiable, and which are strictly opinion.

The sections on project history, "Media Announcements", and "Papers and Articles" are a compendium of writings posted to the page by (hopefully) qualified writers. Very little of the page will be my original writing. As such, media announcements may list the reviewer's personal comments and opinions, and should be understood by the reader to be such. If anyone feels offended by these comments, it is his/her personal right and duty to either respond to the writer directly or to me with the request that I send their message to the writer.

The section on training opportunities is not just a place for announcing courses by P>S>I. It is open to all who have valid CRV or CRV-related courses or service/research opportunities. This is not to be a place for announcements about courses in "seeing auras", "OOBE", "holistic dog training", "swim with the dolphins", "psychic boat tours", or any other non-CRV related training or service/research opportunities. There are other pages on the web for such announcements, some of which have links to be found under the "Links to other pages" menu item. Exceptions to this may be made when it is deemed that no other advertising opportunity is readily available for the person offering the course and if that course would be of interest to the CRV community, but such exceptions will be rare.

The "Links to Other Pages" menu item is dedicated to links for CRV or CRV-related pages. While there are many links which I find personally interesting and to be of great value to the reader, this is not to be a page dedicated to my own personal interests, but to CRV. If you have a page for which you would like a link, I would be glad to put it on my own personal page, but not on the official CRV Home Page, unless it is specifically related in some way to CRV.

Another service which the page provides is email-based automatic notification of announcements about page changes (so you don't have to keep checking back), announcements of upcoming media announcements, and copies of specific questions and answers which page readers send via email. Many of these questions and answers will not be posted to the page, simply because of the time constraints I have with making a living at another job. Also, many of the media announcements may be sent via email instead of being posted to the web page, due to lack of sufficient notification. In order to sign up for this automated email service, click on the "Register for the automated announcements list" option near the top of the main menu.

It is my hope as web page admistrator that the page serves your needs, that you find it to be a good source of the information you want and need, and that you find it worth your time and effort to read and return to.
