Because of my previous post for help, I will only repost upon request, unless there are archives.
This is a new set of text explaining my situation in a VERY real mind control and behavioral modification system in Dallas, TX. I am victim of mind control. I am using a present tense, even though, since the year of 1990, I've been aware of "some sort of" monitoring technology. Over time though, I've been living under it and now have MUCH more insight as to "how" it works. I will be discussing the mechanical process and some effects in this note. The technology is invading my privacy.
It is a real-time reporting system. In a nutshell, this "system" is "tracking" me, and the system is best described in a process model. I understand the "system" as a network. Most reading this have heard of human networks, but this is an electronic network, which is supported by a human network. It manipulates by "looping" in a feedback model, and it involves data acquisition and "process control" based on what information they gain. I will describe the basic loop for control, and it's quite simple once someone comes to realize that consumer level technology is available to produce and simulate this type of manipulation, although, the level of technology that I'm speaking of is unseen by common men; it is stealth, and I have heard code words calling it "skunking"...
1. They acquire all voice communications, activity, physical location, "thought" (which anyone knowledgeable about Mind Control knows is really reading EM signatures from the body), and the reflected images off the surface of my eye. It doesn't matter if you believe this right now... I am going to make a believer out of the world, if the perpetrators don't murder me first or hollywood producers don't turn it into popular fiction to cover up the operations of the organization doing this...
2. This "information" in all of its manifestations is taken to a "central
node", a server, so to speak, in the system. I believe that some of it,
especially my phone calls, is recorded onto some medium, for use later.
It is a possibility that the information is also acquired from eye witness
through phone calls to a central node, or information is gleaned from
their neurological system also. Within the last year I've begun to
suspect the possibility of "dispatched" witnesses, or "agents", as I call
them. You can imagine that this would be quite easy when they've got, at
least, all my phone conversations describing future plans, but I believe
that the "agency" may be more "distributed" than "dispached"... it is a
possibility that there are "placed" field workers in Dallas working for
this organization, all of whom are "briefed", and "alerted" in real time.
Furthermore, I think that it would be ludicrous to think that if such a
distribution of agents existed, that they would all be "out to get" just
me... I have become aware of something that could be affecting many other
unwitting people. Basically, if my future plans are known, they will
perform a "setup", and this is a term that I've been toying with, but I
think that a formal term would be [a] "staged" [event].
3. Because the acquisition of the information is in real time, and always tracking, it places the operators of the system in a position to play God. The control loop then completes by taking action on the information acquired. It is "distributed". The "infrastructure" of the electronic part of the system is already in place, and is, or was, developed without a budget known to citizens. I do not know EXACTLY WHO on the human side of the system they are giving the information to... but to complete the loop, and to manipulate the environment for behavioral modification, they must be highly influential production managers. I'm talking about NBC, ABC, CBS, all of high level radio broadcasting management, high level news agencys, and VERY influential, RICH citizens, nationally and locally, especially land owners and developers of the buildings that I may enter. Based on the information they gain on ME, these organizations change radio broadcasting schedules and production CONTENT! Especially advertisers... and I guarantee that I could pinpoint future content based on this post..
I know it, and they know it...
Understand that the system desribed above has "sub-level" systems (modules, so to speak) that also work in real time in "the loop".
1. Anything they detect in my eyesight is a "target". Sounds impossible? it's not. A system has been developed for identification based on "iris scans" it is 99% accurate, and will be used for ATM, banking, or other security purposes, even though it is based on proximate objects, it still exists, and just LOOK at all the publicized research and development on tracking the eye for manipulation of input and output devices... virtual jet fighter control panels? The media they're using for remote eyesight viewing is some form of radio wave emmination, and I've read some hypothesis on "microwave laser"... regardless, any object is "shocked" with discomforting radiation, at the same time I am. When getting close to "it" or "them", or when eyesight "triangulates", which can NATURALLY happen at VERY far distances, I get a "discomforting feeling", and so do they. I sometimes think the technology can distiguish between objects that either radiate heat or contain water and radiate radio energy, such as a human being does. In effect the "shocks" of energy are "disturbing" and "uncomforting", and will effectively "separate" me in forming a "relationship" on any level. Furthermore, it is very difficult to read words on a page when it is interferring with my eyesight. The "program" or "operator" of the technology (I feel that it's totally automated) destroys my ability to quickly absorb information by eyesight, and isolates me from relationships, business or otherwise... that's part of what they're doing to me...
2. Once [my physical] location is established by the technology, any dialog in the immediate area can be manipulated to "sound" like innuendos are being made ... and this is where the effect is really bad. Things that you say are "changed"... in real time... through analog to digital interfaces using programs based on "morphing" technology. The intrusive radio energy invades the proximate area at the speed of light... I'm talking about data acquisition, processing in a chip in orbit or on a site on earth, and back to the surface with no perceivable time differential, or lag (some people have hypothesized that the technology is embedded in buildings, but I discount it). This is where the use of the "lexical" comes in... the changes to speech and hearing can be categorized by "memes" and "the context of the meme"... I will post those later... I have a whole set of "code" words that I've perceived...
In other words I'm describing the "detail" of the feedback control design... these changes in perception and manipulations of speech and thought occur anywhere I go, and I'm now intuitive enough to know when it is "active" and "inactive" in the area... it is usually "on me". Beyond "sound", I also hypothesize that the system involves holography... directed at the surface of the eye... I cannot go into any technical descriptions, except that I believe it is based on an analog/digital interface with a rendering system to change what is remotely viewed, then "fed back" to me, or anyone else they choose to harass at the time. It's cybernetic. The manipulation is done through changing normally SUBLIMATED behavior... or CREATING SUBLIMATED BEHAVIOR... in the case of the "holography" hypothesis, I have not had hallucinations, I think it works on a sub-concious level.
3. I think "confirmation" of any social interaction is returned to the "main node" of the system... for distribution...
This is the second part in a set of notes on my situation... it is untidy, and quickly written, and I switch tenses too much, but I'm laying foundation... tomorrow I goto an office for a job interview... I already know that it's "staged" and I bet many of the people in the environment already have or will be getting intimate reports about my personal life... the technology destroying my life is invading my privacy... and I need help.
