My name is Rick Barton, I'm writing this in regards to a Mafia Problem that concerns the world. There is a Mafia known as the sincate in the secret service and in the cult survilance and in the CIA. The sinacate means sin against kids. There is a police cheif named Neyes and a person that owns historical properties named Leon in San Diego that is involved. They told me their names before I realized that this was mindcontrol. They set the mother of my child up on a murder beef and when she bailed out they had the Hells Angels abduct her and they're raping her. There is no way to turn in the crimes against us. They stated that they abducted 600 to 1500 foreign and 20,000 to 100,000 over the last 25 years. They give the girls to devil worshippers for them to sacrifice. There is a woman named Jolian Story that they set up in Washington they claim the use the sindacte kids as set ups. Attest they claim that they sell some of the girls to Mexico, Cube, Cloumbia and Sicily. They use them as slaves and mail order brides. They state that when a fed employ gets in trouble they give them a new identity and send them to a foreign country. They state that they gave the mindcontrol EQ to the hells angels and devil worshippers. They also state that they mane more EQ. They stated they were going to immunizing the Department of Defense with something that kills them in two weeks. They also stated that they planned and attack on England and Russia. They stated that they have people all around the world. There is a military post that has all recordings.
