My name is Charles A. Schlund I'm an Electrical contractor in Phoenix Arizona age 52 SS# ***-**-****. Complaint to Janet Reno is as follows. While I was working with the FBI in a National Security Investigation involving murder, drug running and many other crimes in and against the United States by the CIA and DEA the DEA did obtain a court order under perjury and fabricated evidence to inject two CIA designed torture and monitoring devices in my neck. These devices are used to torture and monitor me and were justified by framing me as a drug dealer. Janet Reno has refused to address the issue of torture by the DEA and or other government agencies. This is a violation of the United States Department of Justice under the Convention Against Torture and Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment of June 26, 1987. See my lawsuit against the United States of America and The United States Department of Justice CIV98-1875PHXROS. The satanic torture is ongoing and never ending and the United States Department of Justice is well aware that I'm under satanic torture and has refused to address this issue. This letter is evidence to that fact as we prepare for suit in the world court against the United States for the use of torture and other crimes against humanity. This letter is an official demand to the United States that the torture be terminated to stop the obstruction of justice by the government and attempts to fix my trial using torture.
