Won't medical professionals help mind control victims?
I want to comment on the common assumption that the psychiatric and medical "healing communities" will help victims. It seems to be a common delusion, especially among those who consider themselves "scientific." An empiricist would look at what the victims themselves repeatedly report. That is the real data on the situation. What you might think at first consideration does not reflect the reality that victims experience. Things also have a tendency to change if the heat should come down on a medical professional who might try to help a real victim.
What is the historical evidence? How many psychiatric and medical professionals rode in on white horses to help any of the MKULTRA victims, etc.? Almost none. It took press coverage and huge public outrage to finally stop the hideous Tuskegee Experiment in the 1970s. The "doctors" running it fought to continue it! That abuse did not even involve a secret agency like the CIA: The "doctors" openly published their "studies" in medical journals! The true story of the human radiation experiment victims is one of denial and ridicule, followed by coverup. No one had the courage to publish the information or even at least notify the victims (i.e., dying human beings) for almost a decade after a congressional committee revealed many of the abuses. That is the cold hard reality in the United States, and it does have logical consequences. There are a rare few who actually support and advocate for mind control victims. The whole field of psychiatry is bloodied and shamed by its past collaborations, but only a few like Colin Ross will try to bring that out and help even the documented victims in the population.
The conspiracy is real. Consider the following document, online at http://www.michael-robinett.com/declass/c023.htm [bottom of the page]
14. The MKULTRA program officer stated that the objectives of covert testing concern the field of toxicology rather than medicine; further, that the program is not intended to harm test individuals, and that the medical consultation and assistance is obtained when appropriate through separate MKULTRA arrangements. The risk of compromise of the program through correct diagnosis of an illness by an unwitting medical specialist is regularly considered and is stated to be a governing factor in the decision to conduct the given test. The Bureau officials also maintain close working relations with local police authorities which could be utilized to protect the activity in critical situations. Then there is my own experience with the medical profession. I am a respectable, articulate person -- one of the sanest and most rational people you could meet. Nonetheless, the previous link describes what happened to me. Many victims are not so "fortunate" as I was or in a similar position, and have sometimes been forcibly detained for long periods or forcibly medicated with brain-damaging "medication." Once "captured" by the psychiatric system, the victims' torture allegations are treated by some as if they are "discredited" and cannot be believed (it is a lie that mental illness is not considered a stigma in American culture).Note that some of the stereotypes of certain mental illnesses likely come from the side effects of the drugs prescribed as the "cure." Some forcibly-medicated victims are perhaps further dismissed because of the side effects of unnecessary medication. All this on top of the torture they have experienced and its sequelae. For this reason, many victims actively and rationally avoid psychiatry. (And some victims were specifically chosen because of pre-existing psychiatric problems, which their perpetrators assumed made them vulnerable and pre-discredited.)
Another item to consider is the case of Brian Wronge, at http://www.brazilboycott.org/BrazilByct/help.html. Even with court instructions to have an implant removed for inspection -- from the judge presiding in his lawsuit -- he could not even obtain help from the Physicians for Human Rights!
The logical fallacies that psychiatry bases its denials on are something like:
These may be politically expedient "facts" but they are not true. They are delusions, but belief in them is socially enforced. People like Frank Donner have documented the actual way the political control system in the US has operated for decades, and it is not high school civics class. The problem is political -- including the problem of politicized science and medicine -- and the system needs to be fixed to better preserve actual human rights. Here is a good question to consider: How would a real high-tech cointelpro victim appear if he or she entered the psychiatric system?
- Government agencies never harass people.
- Harassment is never conducted under cover of mental illness (with DSM-IV as a recipe book).
- Technologies like implants and pulsed microwaves do not exist.
- Any voice a person hears "in their head" must be endogenous.
- Psyop teams could never deceive a person so they came to believe something intended to discredit them (like space aliens, etc.).
- People could never be chosen for nonconsensual experimentation because of a belief system or illness that made them vulnerable.
- Psychiatry always looks out for the patients and tries to heal them -- certainly never abusing them itself.
As a scientifically trained person I understand the scientific method, etc. I also understand how it can be abused to dismiss people. It is absurd to tell a victim who is likely not even technically trained to just get a lab-quality spectrum analyzer and use it to detect the presumed microwave signal -- which is probably not even what is being used. And certain scientists, while gifted, are completely politically naive and think everything is some abstract scientific problem against indifferent nature. They seem to think everything should fit into that narrow perspective. In a sense it is like The Amazing Randi (yes, I know the allegations there too) pointing out how easily scientists can be fooled by simple magic tricks. It is game theory here, not an indifferent natural world. Victims are under surveillance, and their perpetrators do not want to be caught. How difficult is that to understand? At the most basic level the perpetrators can turn off the signal when attempts are made to measure it, should someone actually try to measure the correct frequencies (spread spectrum or whatever).
Beyond this is the moral big lie. Just because you cannot conceive of conducting Mengele-like experiments yourself and lying pathologically, that is nonetheless what we are dealing with. This has occurred even in documented "lost history" cases where the victims are still in the population and left to suffer. It is as real as the national archives, but the ostrich of current politics pretends not to see any of it. For example, you pay for the CIA (et al.) lawyers to intimidate and delay known MKULTRA torture victims -- should they even manage to get legal representation -- until they give up or die. Then again, you paid for the initial torture and abuses to be conducted in your name in the first place. In China they bill families for the bullet used to execute someone -- and those execution victims get more due process than mind control victims do in the US.
It is not really even a cost analysis, the coverup is largely about the embarrassment of higher-ups and culpability for criminal actions. The spinners will play the cost argument, of course, just as they use every spin, smear, and lie they can to keep their sordid crimes concealed. But first they fight to continue the torture and the coverups. What does that say? It is perhaps even more shameful that members of so-called healing professions are, wittingly and unwittingly, also participants in such abuses.
I hope that things are changing. Mind control victims and activists have made amazing progress in the past few years, given what they are up against. There are a few physicians with the courage to deal with these issues humanely and honestly, and I hope their numbers will increase. But please do not simply dismiss the direct experiences of mind control victims, as repeated over and over.
