There will be some provocateurs and disruption agents; that is just an unfortunate reality which probably surprises no one on the list. We have to work around that as best as we can.

- The topics of discussion are methods to protest and end mind control abuses, and ways to organize and encourage each other (for example with letter-writing campaigns).
- Flames will result in removal from the list.
- Please consider your posts carefully before posting them, to save everyone time and make the group more productive.
- Remember that we are here to work together to end the abuses.
- Discussions of extraterrestrials and space aliens are off-topic for the list, except for discussions of their possible uses in psyops and in discrediting operations. There are plenty of other forums where such things can be discussed.
