Each Form is One number or Dial of a Variable Resistance Radionic Rate.
Light and most other energies, Including Human, go through and are modulated accordingly.
3023, Which is the Rate for benevolence, can be made by making a triangle, blank, cross and another triangle, about 1 inch apart in a tube.
The strips are about 3/4 of and inch, and cut in a paper cutter from a sheet or roll of 30521-16 Diffraction Grating Film (See Note) available from Edumand Scientifics, 1-800-728-6999 Diffraction Roll, 200’ X 6” Catalog Number 30521-16 Rates can be found in the Bruce Copen Ratebook.
It seems to work well.

These “Light Tubes” are also good for modulating ground energies (just placed on the floor), electrostatic fields, and other non-visible energy sources, as well as light.
I noticed that the "bad vibes" that sometimes come from the computer (I have a broadband connection) appear to be eliminated considerably by placing a Radionic Light Tube on the notebook.
Even more effective was on the connection to the modem (parallel to the cable, and facing the modem).
But this led me to place the tube on the modem itself, which nearly eliminated all of the noxious vibrations. The blinking lights from the back of the modem, or the EM field from the side, both work well.
I don't claim that the "bad vibes" are deliberate -- it could simply be noise, or signals which are out-of-phase with those in my home.
But it does seem to work!
The rate encoded into the Radionic Light Tube, by the way, is the Copen rate, "Generosity," on page 19 of their new edition rate book, "Organs and Symptoms."
TUNABLE RADIONIC LIGHT DISK
This appears to work. A "pancake" of 6-inch diameter circles cut from diffraction grating.Each circle has a tab sticking out (or even easier, a ball-point pen mark) at the point where the diameter of the circle is parallel to the axis of the roll of film.
Each circle represents one integer of the (variable resistance tuner) rate.
The scope of the tuning (0 - 9) is an angular displacement of 90 degrees, with the tab or mark set to zero degrees for "0" and ninety degrees for "9."
The angle between each consecutive value is 10 degrees.
(The discs can be set by aligning them to the markings on a protractor.)
IT IS BEST TO AVOID PUTTING FINGERPRINTS ON FILM (except for the tab, of course) - TRY USING COTTON GLOVES IF AVAILABLE.
The sunlight or other energy being modified should enter the dull side of the film at the 10,000-place digit, and exit the 1-place digit through the shiny side

EXAMPLE: The rate 100777 would be made of six discs whose tabs are set at 10 degrees, 0 degrees, 0 degrees, 70 degrees, 70 degrees, and 70 degrees. The same six discs could be reset to the rate 404776 by aligning their tabs at 40 degrees, 0 degrees, 40 degrees, 70 degrees, 70 degrees, and 60 degrees. |
PLEASE NOTE:
A) The Radionic Light Disc works much better if it has a "0" in front of it, as a reference. For instance 03023, instead of just 3023. It does require an extra disc, however, I think you will find the advantages tremendous.
(One groovy result of this built-in reference, is that you can even staple the whole thing together, it doesn't matter, so long as everything's lined up just right in relation to the reference "0.")
B) After the layers of the Disc are aligned and fixed (stapled, taped, etc.), the Light Disc should be folded without a crease, like a taco, along the 0-degree axis, and taped or stapled in that position.
This seems to be make the Discs so holographic in nature that they can be placed almost anywhere in a room.
C)I have found that putting the Light Discs in a well-sealed envelope of S-Cut Cloth works wonders! It seems to filter the input, so to speak, of a lot of negative vibrations which otherwise can agitate the material of the diffraction grating and compromise the effectiveness of the Disc.
The shiny, smooth side of the S-Cut Cloth should face inward, protecting the disc.
This same principle and technique seems to apply to the Radionic Light Tubes as well!
VERY COOL: I have found that shining a battery-operated flashlight or lamp (the brighter, the better) through these Discs spreads a wonderful, radiant influence all around the room, like the glow from a fire, or an amplified sound.
[PS I don't think the geometrically designed "Radionic Light Tubes" require any addition (of a "0" in front), because each polygon/star digit is not only internally consistent, but presumably oriented consistently to all the others in the that particular Tube. That, I think, is why rotating the Tube, or moving it around doesn't diminish its effectiveness.]
Additional Note: Transmission-type diffraction grating has 23,000 microscopic grooves per inch (lengthwise) breaking up white light into all the colors of the spectrum. Film is 0.002" thick. Dispersion of the light is 36°. Roll material is 6" wide overall; 6" x 6" effective area; a break or space every 6" on the roll laterally.
A SIMPLE ARRANGEMENT TO HELP INCREASE PRIVACY AND REDUCE UNWANTED TELEPATHY.
I have had some success with this arrangement, but I cannot tell exactly how successful it might be for others.It requires two transformers, which if purchased, can be expensive (about $50 each), but can be inexpensively constructed using two 8-ohm, 20 watt ceramic resistors from Radio Shack, and a bunch of your favorite wire.
Basically, one takes the speaker output from his or her stereo, and runs it to the 8-ohm input of a transformer which raises the voltage of the signal considerably. The high-voltage output is then connected to some metal screens or other radiating structure, with the electropositive on one side of the room or house, and the electronegative on the other.
The air, particularly in dry or wintery conditions, or with a ionizer in the room, becomes charged with an ever-changing set of values and frequencies which seems to discourage mind control and entrainment.
WARNING: HIGH-VOLTAGE TRANSFORMERS CAN BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS IF TOUCHED, AND SO CAN THE PANELS TO WHICH THEY ARE CONNECTED, IF NOT THEY ARE NOT INSULATED.
It may be very helpful to put a Radionic Light Tube or Disc in front of the panels, as well.
1.) Concerning the Radionic Light Discs, I have found that folding them carefully and gently in half one more time -- that is, from a taco shape to a quarter of a pie shape -- may increase the holographic nature and general effectiveness of the device quite a bit.
2.) I have found to my delight that the Radionic Light Tubes are very effective when one takes one of these currently popular (and relatively inexpensive) quartz halogen rechargeable spotlights and shines the light through them. [LED lights hardly work at all in this regard, by the way.]
It may be quite easy to set up several of these tubes in a rotating carousel, and shine several at once, one after another, and to use other configurations which discourage phase-cancellation of these positive psychological or emotional rates. Two or three spotlights could be set up in a simple rack, or in separate locations around a room, and blink on and off and random times [this requires a simple random timer circuit -- 555 chip? -- which I plan to study and try as an alternative to the spot trigger].
If people don't like the blinking effect on the eyes, an infra-red filter can be put over the spot or over the end of the tube, and I think the rate might work just as well. For sleeping or meditating, too. One might have to make or combine or alternnate several different kinds of infra-red filters to prevent "glomming on" to that frequency range.
The nice thing about the quartz halogen is it's so diverse (white) in frequency, and yet still has the power to push the info across a whole room. I find it brightens itr up every time (3023)!
A clean or filtered and choked power supply can be used, and the battery function used as back-up, or one could arrange to use only batteries - big batteries, or lots of small ones, I guess!
