A report is forthcoming! The preliminary study continues to evolve under very professional expertise and I (Cheryl Welsh), am confident of the progress being made. There will be a report sent to participants and donors as soon as it is completed. There is a literature review underway. The study may take another year because of the complexity of the problem. Please note that the report that is forthcoming is not the possible epidemiological study discussed below. Thank you for your support and understanding. Please check back in six months.Dr. Bertell is recovering and is continuing to consult with the anonymous doctor. Dr. Bertell has asked that her name be removed from the study until it is officially organized. Dr. Bertell has sent an email describing what is would take to set up an epidemiological study. It would cost $100,000 (Canadian $) and would attempt to prove two things: "namely, to clarify the difference between mental illness and effects induced by EMR, and secondly identify the health effects most strongly connected with EMR exposure." It would take 500 victims and 1000 controls with appropriate consent forms, two teams of researchers to design scientific questionaires, a biostatistical support unit to analyze the data and a meeting to analyze the results.
This is a starting point for discussion. Taken one step at a time, this is not impossible. Perhaps we can join forces with the Russian victims, see Cahra posting on Russian translation. Many activists continue to spread the word about mind control. Cahra is already contacting professionals and grant resources. Please send your input and ideas to Cheryl at welsh@calweb.com. Dr. Bertell has a doctorate degree in Biometry, the design of epidemiological research and the mathematical analysis of bio-medical problems. She has documented military microwave zapping of Greenham Commons women nuclear protesters in the 1980s. See London Guardian Mar. 10, 1987. She has done UN work on Chernobyl and has five honorary doctorates and numerous peace prizes. She directs a human rights group in Canada. Dr. Bertell's epidemiological study on the Bhopal tragedy and its aftermath was published in the 1997 British Medical Journal, available online.
This is a milestone, having a professional, Dr. Bertell, take the electromagnetic radiation government nonconsensual experimentation issue seriously enough to invest her professional time on an epidemiology study. There is some confusion about weapon use and harrassment or experimental use, with the latter being harder to document. The health effects which can be attributed to EMR weapons is also, as you know, not established. Your problems are quite similar to that of the atomic bomb victims, including the military, the Japanese and those living downwind of a nuclear test site. Very few of the experienced health effects have ever been admitted. We also deal with the same denial and secrecy with the Gulf War, Bosnia and Kosovo vets exposed to ceramic DU.
