I just got an email from William Arkin of the Human Rights Watch.
I had sent Mr. Arkin a huge amount of mind control information
and Harlan Girard of the International Committee for the
Convention Against Microwave Weapons has known of Mr. Arkin for 8
years in the human rights community.
The email said; "Thanks again for the materials. I'm in the process of doing a report on acoustic weapons right now, with directed energy next. As for the referrals, I appreciate the leads, but would prefer that people write to me. You can give out my address: that way I have some documentation and can follow up later." Here is some background information on William Arkin. Mr. Arkin was on 60 minutes on 2-11-96 discussing nonlethal weapons and other defense weapons. The segment also included an interview with Janet Morris and her husband. Mr. Arkin of the Human Rights Watch discussed research for the future on the drawing boards today, on soldiers who are genetically engineered and weapons that put groups of people to sleep. He advocated that these weapons are not nonlethal and research should be closely monitored. He is against the secrecy surrounding these projects.
Human Rights Watch was established in 1978 and the Arms Project was formed in 1992. William Arkin is the primary researcher and writer of the U.S. Blinding Laser Weapons Report completed in May 1995. Among his recommendations were that the U.S. government should cancel all ongoing research. The Pentagon has recently concluded that blinding lasers are inhumane.
This is the first time that a human rights group, let alone any group has asked me to send them information on mind control technology. I hope that you will write to William Arkin and send this to anyone who is interested in this topic and who may write to Mr. Arkin about our human rights issue. We have a willing ear, FOR A CHANGE!!!!
