- Automatic timeouts on idle incoming connections
- Able to answer with random alphabetic strings, example:
Mar 28 16:21:17 localhost oidentd[1053]: [127.0.0.1] Successful lookup:
1026 , 25 : xdfg (root)
  "root" is only logged to syslog here, and oident answers with user "xdfg".

- Able to function correctly even with Solar Designers kernel
  patch to restrict process information for non-root users
  (e.g. the user only sees his own processes).

To enable these features, put this line into your inetd.conf:

auth stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/oidentd -g nobody -i -r
