FBI says they are monitors Web vulnerabilities

Now for all the web flaws and computer vulnerabilities, don't you think the FBI is pretty much saying that it's watching paint dry. It's time for software designers to stop releasing software littered with bugs. We are not evolving into super humans that can hack better and better. Software is getting worse. Why is the FBI interested in software that is vulnerable? If I make a gun without a saftey switch, should the FBI monitor how that affects society or come after the gun maker? Dumb as paint, really dumb paint! More Here.
