Robots? Where the hell is my RealDoll?
On an story I saw on CNet news.com, they discuss the new robots from Honda and Sony. The Sony SDR-4X acutally sings and dances. Well, I don't know about you, but that smacks of stupidity. Sony says, they are an entertainment company, so naturally they would create something entertaining. I have see enough Aibo's in my day already. Honda's Asimo is is better designed for work. Masato Hirose, Honda's chief engineer in charge of Asimo's development said "It is in the end a machine, a tool," Well, that would let me know never buy a Sony car. More located here
