Steve Ballmer is fighting CYBERCRIME
Ballmer said the greatest threat in cybercrime is that computer systems may be entered and perusedwithout the knowledge of the company involved--otherwise known as hacking. The cooperation between the Justice Department and Microsoft contrasts with their roles as adversaries in other arenas. Now, why am I posting this? This is coming from a company that sells 95% of the public, the most insecure operating system. It's like a car maker saying we are promoting safe driving but their cars keep on blowing up all over the freeway whenever it rained. Now, do we complain about the rain? Until Microsoft develops a secure operating system, sit down and wait your turn to speak. Or if you are running XP check out http://moloch.org/xp_rules.jpg more about the story here.

Not very surprising...
I was browsing the TechTV site and saw a story on some company being sued for selling bogus domain names. The domain addresses were for .usa, .sex and .god. The names were never approved by ICANN. The company raked in about $1 million and the suckers..er I mean people were taken for $59 each. I don't feel sorry for the people because it's called research. I also don't feel sorry because it's grabbing domains in a frenzy got us into the dot-com shortage and squattin. Choke on your $59 loss and listen to the news more about ICANN and valid domains.
