I don't mean to be sarcastic but since the Lakers won, they had to make traffic here hell. They had a parade downtown and traffic was all tied up. A million people made it to Staples Center for the final celebration but no terrorist felt like easy traffic for Monday. I will post some real news later.

Toshiba TiVo, Why not?
Cnet says Toshiba's chips will soon have TiVo inside. Toshiba has been trying to get a license for TiVo software and make their own PTR. Well, it looks like we will start to see it in the year 2004. I don't know what kind of changes that Toshiba is going to make on the current architecture but 2 years from now, I hope my flying car is here. I might be speaking about the current TiVo and tricks, tips, and upgrades. In the meantime, read more here

So... we hack Earthlink next?
Earthlink now probably known as Don't Think, has begun selling "EarthLink Wireless High Speed," which will let EarthLink customers use about 650 Wi-Fi networks in coffee shops, hotels, airports and other public areas throughout the country. For a monthly fee, consumers will be able to walk into any location using Wi-Fi and log on. The same registration information people use to access EarthLink's network will be needed to log on to the Wi-Fi network. Ok... lets see, Network Stumbler, Airsnort, Kismet... what ever.... John Gotti has died in a prison hospital in Missouri today
No details have been release yet but, reported today imprisoned mob boss John Gotti has died in a prison hospital in Missouri. He will be missed. He was one of the people I looked up to, I wish the family nothing but happiness in the days to come.

The FBI confirms former Gambino crime boss John Gotti has died at the federal prison at the U.S. medical center for federal prisoners in Springfield, Missouri, where he was being treated for cancerous lesions on the tongue, neck and ears. He was 61.
