And the walls start crumbling...
Macworld Expo/Tokyo canceled? Yep the show has been cancelled. Why? They say the cancellation for a lack of interest from exhibitors. The move follows a recent spat between Apple Computer and IDG over the show organizer's decision in October to move the East Coast installment of Macworld Expo to Boston from New York. Well, trade shows are overated anyway right. THey were much more fun in the dot-com era. Read more here

Newbury Networks announced WiFi Watchdog
Watchdog is an application will alert IT managers when an intruder is accessing a company's 802.11b network and will prevent the intruder from doing so. The software also pinpoints where an intruder is within 5 feet and allows IT managers to more effectively direct which parts of a network's coverage is active. How? I don't know but that's probably the secret you get after paying the $20,000. Read more here.

Thank you Tech TV again
So I was watching The Screensavers and they had a Mozilla employee on the show. He talked about the cool stuff that you can do with Mozilla. One thing they did touch apon was MozBlog. This is cool and I recommend you check it out if you use any sort of blog. Infomation can be found at http://mozblog.mozdev.org/. I can only find one bug with dragging links but it's very cool.

P.S. Screensavers hosts: Stop plugging overpriced Think Geek. They haven't thrown a party or given back to the public for a long time. Moloch throws parties anytime we sell t-shirts at a con.

Stand up and tell everyone that we are Americans and freedom should include trading with your friends. We used to do it when we used vinyl and cassettes. Read some anti-sharing stuff here

I warn people who ask me illegal things sometime...
From Forbes.com
WASHINGTON - When he signed the Homeland Security bill on Monday, President George W. Bush effectively drafted corporate America to serve in the war against terrorism--with Internet service providers among those on the front line.

The law puts new burdens on ISPs to cooperate with the government. For example, law enforcement agencies won't need a court order to install pen register and trap-and-trace devices when there is an "ongoing attack" on any computers used in interstate commerce or communication.
