Good morning, here is a new lawsuit
RadioIO, a webcasting station got a surprise package this week. It was a package containing the patents they were violating with transmitting audio and video orver the net. Michael Roe, proprietor of RadioIO Webcasting station, just finished a legal battle over copyright fees for the music his station plays. The company filing for the patent violation only wanted three-quarters of a percent of his revenue. Now this is getting silly. It seems like when you try to make money on the net, some dot-com business wants a piece. Now .075% is really small but what if you didn't realize that you were doing something that was similar to someone else. I think it should shouldn't go straight to a revenue dispute.
