What happened to SCO, did they just get up? This is nuts that they are trying to sue Big Blue a.k.a. IBM. The 1 Billion lawsuit could end up being a bid for the linux for IBM but in my opinion IBM has spent enough investing a free operating system. They pledged 1 million dollars last year.
