America Online suing spammers?
Thats right, they are suing spammers. You would think they would come up with a spam fighting technology instead of the lawsuits that are a long time thing. AOL has already won an suit along with a big money settlement against Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Netvision Audiotext. AOL stated that the defendants allegedly sent 1 billion e-mails that resulted in 8 million complaints among its users. My question is "Can I sue AOL for the comercials, free CD's in my mail and Just for being a PAIN IN THE ASS". More here
