We are again experiencing an issue with packet loss and latency in the New York region. This packet loss could be so severe that service is rendered unuseable. We are working with our Vendors to determine the cause of this.

This DoS has been resolved. Our upstream provider found another culprit and we have taken steps to block this traffic.
