I, the undersigned complainant being duly sworn state the following is true 
and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief beginning on or about 
April 27, 1992 and continuing to date of this complaint in Travis county, 
in the Western District of Texas defendant(s) did, knowingly and willingly 
conspire to conduct financial transactions with the proceeds of specified 
unlawful activity with the intent to conceal or disguise the nature, 
ownership or control of said  proceeds, in violation of Title 18 United 
States Code, Section(s) 1956(g). I further state that I am a Special Agent 
IRS/CID and that this complaint is based on the following facts: SEE 
ATTACHED AFFIDAVIT.
