ToneLoc is a wardialer/scanner program written by Minor Threat and Mucho Maas. The latest version is 1.10.

Click here to ftp it from ftp.paranoia.com/pub/toneloc. Since Minor Threat has gone to jail, no new versions have been released and Mucho Maas seems to have left the hacker scene...for now anyway. Luckily, version 1.10 is the most reliable version released, with very few bugs.
