Using http://www.ntt-east.co.jp/widelan/area/, I have scanned more telephone numbers in Tokyo.
Those are exchanges (prefixed by their area in Tokyo.)  In case you don't know, Tokyo has 23 
wards, which are kind of like the boroughs in New York City.  One of the most concentrated of 
these wards is Shinjuku.   You may have seen it in movies or television shows when people are 
in Tokyo.  It is something equivalent to Times Square, and has bright neon lights creating a
canyon over the road.  NTT is the dominating domestic carrier in Japan.  I've separated the 
numbers into three categories, which are: EXCHANGES, TEST NUMBERS, RECORDINGS, and FULL LIST.
To call these numbers from the United States dial 011-81 (011 to dial out of the country and 
81 for Japan's country code) and then the number, the 0 in 03 does not need to be dialed.  
03 is the area code for the Tokyo prefecture of Japan.  Keep in mind, I only dialed 999X, 
there could be much more to find in these exchanges.
