// TAR - Telco Acronym Reference
//

	The current state of telco paranoia has come to the point where
telcos kick their own line technicians out of the COs, only to have
them base their operations out of "construction yards." Telcos also
try to obfuscate operational information by creating acronyms from
their own specialized technical terms (jargon).
	The following up-to-date acronym reference was created to aid
the community in learning about the technology we desire to know and
the information not meant to be free.
