DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in OpenDocMan, which can be
exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to a missing authentication check in
"commitchange.php" when committing changes. This allows users to make
unauthorised changes.

Update to version 1.2-Final:
