DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in oftc-hybrid, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and
potentially compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an integer underflow when
processing the "LINKS" command, which can be exploited to cause a
crash or potentially execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.6.8.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.6.8.
