DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in ISC DHCP, which can be exploited
by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to the "find_length()" function in
omapip/hash.c calling "log_fatal()" when encountering a zero-length
client ID, which can be exploited to cause a DoS by sending specially
crafted packages to the service.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 4.0.x and 4.1.x prior to
4.0.2-P1 and 4.1.1-P1. Versions 3.1.x are not affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 4.0.2-P1 and 4.1.1-P1.
