DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in eZ Publish, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.

Input passed as username when creating a profile is not properly
sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert
arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious
data is being viewed.

Successful exploitation requires the application to allow users to
create accounts.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 4.0 through 4.7 and 4.2011
through 4.2012.8.

SOLUTION:
Update or upgrade to a fixed version (see vendor's advisory for
details).
