Presentation.sxi was created and can be viewed in OpenOffice 1.0.  
You can down load a free  copy of OpenOffice from OpenOffice.org.  
I believe that there are versions for Linux, unix, Mac OS X, as well 
as windows.  OpenOffice is a awesome tool and  free replacement for 
MS Office.  Do your part and support the open source  movement, download 
OpenOffice today.  You will not be disappointed.
