NIL Version 0.1 Beta

http://nil.tsx.org

-( ABOUT )-

NIL is a project I started, because there were no netbus clients written
for Linux before. Even though it is a _very_ lame tool, I decided to write
a client anyway, because it's fun. The name NIL simply stands for
'Netbus Is Lame' and you'd better remember that.

The client is written for GCC, and the source is available.
NIL is licenced under the GNU GPL. Please read the licence if you decide
to modify the sources.
NIL is tested agains 1.x servers, and works fine. At the moment, it does
not support version 2.x of the NetBus protocol, but soon, I think NIL
will support it.

-( NOT SUPPORTED COMMANDS )-

There are maybe some commands that aren't supported with this client.
Refer to the file NEWS for update information.

-( ALIASES )-

NIL takes advantage of 'aliases'. An alias is a word you bind to a
certain command. For example, you can bind 'q' to 'quit', or 'c'
to 'connect www.microsoft.com'.

NIL looks for the file ~/.nil/aliases, and loads all aliases listed
there. There is an example alias file included with this archive.

-( COMPILING )-

For a complete guide to compile/install the client, refer to the file
'INSTALL' that is included in this archive.
