What	No doubt an example EAS (Emergency Alert System) county plan can be a useful and helpful guide to emergency planners. But for the Great Noodly One's sake don't take an actual confidential plan and put black boxes over the sensitive information in the PDF file and put it up on your web page for the whole world to see.
