You need to create the license file yourself, add in bogus license keys, then run the program from a CMD.EXE window.  Add the name of the license key file after it.

An example license file (license.lic) should have this format:

FEATURE 202 TMOMID01 1.0 permanent uncounted 0123456789AB HOSTID=E1234567

Where:

• FEATURE = Option Number  (i.e. 1D5 is Narrow RBW)
• 0123456789AB = License Key
• HOSTID = E1234567

The program will then calculate the proper keys and add them to the license.lic file.

I believe you can just drag the file to the EXE or something as well.  I did it from CMD.EXE window

Examples

Example with an Agilent E4402B with HOSTID=1301531D:

Create the file license.lic with Notepad or any another text editor.  Add the following to the file:

FEATURE 1DR TMOMID01 1.0 permanent uncounted 0123456789AB HOSTID=1301531D

Where 0123456789AB is just a bogus license key.

Save the file and close Notepad.

In a CMD.EXE window run:

C:\> lmcryptgui.exe # Enter the Vendor Name: TMOMID01 # Enter Encryption Seed1: ED0F0E0B # Enter Encryption Seed2: 69837101 # Enter Behaviour Version: 6.0 # Click New then click Close # Next, run the new EXE: C:\> lmcryptTMOMID01.exe license.lic

Reopen license.lic in Notepad:

FEATURE 1DR TMOMID01 1.0 permanent uncounted FB2A3EE02016 HOSTID=1301531D

Where the license key for option 1DR is: FB2A3EE02016

Example #1 - An Agilent E4402B with HOSTID=1301531D now has the option 1DR with a license key of: FB2A3EE02016

Example #2 - An Agilent E4402B with HOSTID=1301531D now has the option 1D5 with a license key of: D86C61035EF7
