According to the source information, four members of Croatian Army Forces were forced to disobey an official order of involvment in war operations in Pol-e-Khomri, allegedly due to a lack of war equippment. Due to the circurmstances, they were forced to remain in their native base in Mazar-e-Sharif. Four soldiers were members of Croatian Army Forces, assigned to 14th contigent, freshly assigned to the Afghanistan war area.

Following the official statement offered by mr. Branko Vukelić, minister of Defence, there are still reasons to be told that lead to this kind of disobedience, whether this has happened due to certain procedure mistakes within regular field missions or perhaps true reasons lay in ways and means to be covered within some celestial areas, e.g, mutual misunderstandings between Main Army Headquarters and Ministry of Defence.

Whether those four soldiers are to be neglected to decisions of higher rankings within the Ministry of Defence, or is this misdemeanor lead to a pure lack of someone's (political) interest, still remains to be seen,
